A selecton of my ready wrapped presents ths year.
So, I’ve wrapped my presents in ridiculously expensive wrapping paper, please note that they are all tied up with shiny ribbon. This is mainly because nothing, no nothing will stick to this stuff. They even supply sticky dots, clearly realising that sellotape won’t work. The sticky dots don’t work either. I’m running out of shiny ribbon, so if anyone has any suggestions, please let me know. This is expensive stuff to waste and I couldn’t bear my husband saying ‘I told you so’.
The kids (euphanism – mostly adults now) have decorated the living room today so here’s a sneak peak – and the boy snatched the mantlepiece decorations and told his father that he would be decorating the mantel this year. Brave! But what a lovely job he made of it.

beautiful paper!!!
I’ve seen red and silver and Hubby couldn’t believe I bought more, but it was just one sheet of each and I felt it was important to have it all. Even though it won’t stick for love nor money.
It does look beautiful though! Maybe if you get some heavy duty adhesive tape from a craft shop it might work better?
Wonderful paper – definitely worth your trouble.
