I was going to save this as I’ve already posted today, but it has come out so much better than I’d hoped. It was a practice piece but really I doubt I can do much better. I have the background made for the ‘proper’ one so I’ll try to improve it, but here is my version of The Owl and the Pussycat went to sea in a beautiful pea green boat.

I agree with Kittencraft – the Owl and the Pussycat is cute … but I disagree with you. (eek!). You say that you don’t think you could improve on it – but I think you can. You have a great talent, you just doubt your own abilities. I’d love to give you a few hints and tips (and see if I could encourage you to make another pendant – this time with a couple of changes). But don’t get rid of this one. It’s very worthy.
Since I follow you …. Do you have my email address? I’m wondering if perhaps emailing you a few hints and tips would be better than trying to tap them out into a comment. I’d hate to take up a huge space with a ‘comment’ of hints and tips.

That is really impressive for a practice piece, well done! I really like it anyway…I tried to use Polymer clay once but my rather ancient and knackered oven burnt the clay and I haven’t tried since! I do have some stashed away though, for when I feel the creative urge to play!
